普锐特冶金技术承担了铸机设备的基本和详细设计、供货及安装，还提供了调试指导。该铸机能够生产直 径 230 毫米的圆坯和断面为 270 x 360 毫米的矩形坯，其设计也能满足 440 x 330 毫米规格的生产需要。 它能够浇铸钢轨钢、表面硬化钢、易切钢、无缝管用钢、热处理钢、弹簧钢、冷镦和冷挤压用钢、帘线钢、 冷作钢、轴承钢以及焊条钢。
这台大断面连铸机配备了 DynaFlex 结晶器液压振动装置和 LevCon 结晶器液面控制系统。Dynacs 3D 二 冷系统和具有 Dynamic Soft Reduction 功能的 DynaGap 3D 全自动辊缝控制铸流导向系统相结合，能够 使铸坯稳定保持高质量。该铸机还安装了一台在线横移式铸流搅拌器，其横移范围由 Dynacs 3D 控制。为 了满足保温箱装料和出料操作的需要，按照计划安装了一台全自动天车，并将其同生产计划系统相连以实 施仓储管理。供货范围还包括了专门的机电方案包和一套集成自动化方案。
