Primetals Technologies has received an order from Jiangsu Dingsheng New Materials to supply 23 equipment packages for the company’s foil mill expansion projects at several locations in China. Signed in August 2026, the contract includes Air Bearing ShapeMeters (ABSM), ISV-Electric and ISV-Electric Compact spray bars, and VPT3 position transducers. These technologies are designed to support high-quality strip shape control and process performance.
This project represents the second major order in China for Primetals Technologies’ ISV-Electric and ISV-Electric Compact spray bar technologies. Securing a second large-scale reference project demonstrates growing market confidence in the benefits and performance of electric spray bars for modern rolling mill applications.
