Paul joined Primetals Technologies in 1979, initially as a mechanical engineer. Since then, he has held various positions in the design, research and development, services, process, and commissioning departments. Paul later took on the role of Encopanel System Business Manager, working on numerous hot strip mill Encopanel heat retention systems globally. Before his recent retirement, Paul led the metallurgical services division in the UK. Barry joined the technology department of Primetals Technologies UK in 2011. He subsequently became a key member of the proposals team for flat rolling projects. In 2017, Barry joined the metallurgical services department as a proposals engineer before becoming the sales manager for flat rolling and taking product ownership of the Encopanel heat retention system. In this webinar, Barry presents the Encopanel heat retention technology, providing an in-depth view of its features and benefits, along with the results from installed equipment.
