- 新设备使肯联铝业 Singen 厂在所有高附加值铝轧材的生产中提高了质量、产能和作业率
去年，肯联铝业就普锐特冶金技术为其德国 Singen 轧材厂改造的两套冷连轧机组签发了最终验收证书 (FAC)。此次现代化改造项目的目标是改善铝带质量，提高产能，并且通过改造自动化系统而提高作业率 和质量稳定性。
普锐特冶金技术的工作范围包括为两套轧机提供新自动化系统以及改造其机械和流体设备。这两个现代化 改造项目显著提升了两套轧机的性能，将进一步巩固肯联铝业在不断发展的铝产品市场的领先地位。
上游原料铝带经过辊道运输和冷却段冷却后直接进入 3 机架冷连轧机组。轧制后的带卷经由轧机出口侧、 通过一个高跨存放区运到双机架冷连轧机组区域，在此经冷却后再由该轧机轧制到最终厚度。这两套一流 的轧机设备能够满足客户最高质量要求，并且能够进一步优化生产工艺。
